3 Day Cardiac Diet

In dinner, you can take two beef franks, half banana, around half cup vanilla ice cream, half Cup Carrots or half cup Turnip Greens and 1 Cup Broccoli or Cabbage.

Day 3 Plan

Breakfast: Black Tea or Coffee, one Oz. of Cheddar Cheese, 1 tiny Apple, five Saltine Crackers

Lunch: Black Coffee or Tea, Hard-Boiled Egg – one, one dry toast slice

Dinner: One Cup Beans or Cauliflower, One Cup Tuna, Half Cup Vanilla Ice Cream, One Cup Carrots or Beets, One Cup Melon
